Carla Cernic

Founder, Lead Academic Consultant

With 20+ years in guidance, curriculum development, and classroom instruction, Carla brings both deep expertise and a remarkable ability to connect with students. She thrives on helping students discover their strengths, ignite their motivation, and envision their academic and career futures. Equally passionate about supporting parents, Carla provides clarity and reassurance to guide confident, strategic decisions. Her student-centered, relationship-based approach ensures each family feels empowered and informed as they navigate high school planning, post-secondary applications, scholarships, and career pathways.

Bo Cernic

Lead Math Tutor

With 15+ years as a high school math teacher and private tutor, Bo combines deep expertise with an approachable, student-centered style that makes math accessible and engaging.
